1 Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and wi158 ("wi158," "we," "us," "the Platform") governing your access to and use of the wi158 website located at wi158.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By registering an account, accessing the wi158 platform, depositing funds, or participating in any game or promotional activity offered by wi158, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.

Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on wi158. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same payment method, the same device, or the same IP address — constitutes a violation of these Terms. Duplicate accounts are subject to immediate closure and forfeiture of any associated balances.

wi158 reserves the right to conduct identity verification at the time of registration or at any subsequent point during the account lifecycle. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documentation within the requested timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of withdrawals pending resolution.

3 Account Management

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your wi158 account credentials, including your registered email address and password. You must not share your login details with any other person or permit any third party to access your account under any circumstances.

wi158 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. If you suspect that your account credentials have been compromised, you must notify wi158 support immediately via the contact details provided in these Terms and change your password without delay.

• Your account name and registered details must accurately reflect your legal identity at all times.
• Changes to registered personal information must be submitted to wi158 support for verification before they take effect.
• wi158 reserves the right to carry out Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures at any point, including prior to processing withdrawal requests.
• Accounts that have been inactive for an extended period may be subject to dormancy procedures as set out in the wi158 dormancy policy.
• Account balances do not accrue interest regardless of the duration they remain on the platform.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

wi158 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank online transfers. All transactions are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱).

The minimum deposit amount at wi158 is ₱500. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are subject to the limits applicable to each payment channel and the player's account tier at the time of the request. wi158 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at its discretion with appropriate notice.

• All deposits must originate from a payment account that is registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are not accepted.
• Withdrawals will only be processed to a payment account that has been verified as belonging to the registered account holder.
• wi158 does not charge fees for standard deposits and withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees, for which wi158 accepts no responsibility.
• Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification completion. Unverified accounts may have withdrawals held pending the submission and approval of required KYC documentation.
• wi158 reserves the right to conduct additional due diligence on large or unusual withdrawal requests prior to processing.
• In cases where a bonus has been credited to your account, withdrawal of any associated funds is subject to the wagering requirements set out in Section 5.

Processing times for withdrawals vary by payment channel. GCash and PayMaya withdrawals are typically the fastest for most Filipino players. Bank transfers via BPI, BDO, and Metrobank are processed during standard banking hours and may take additional time to reflect depending on interbank processing schedules.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

wi158 offers various promotional bonuses, free credit, free spins, cashback offers, and VIP rewards to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, in addition to the general bonus conditions set out in this section.

By claiming any bonus or promotional offer on wi158, you confirm your acceptance of both the offer-specific terms and these general bonus conditions. In the event of any conflict between offer-specific terms and these general Terms, the offer-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that specific offer.

• Bonuses may only be claimed once per eligible player unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.
• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements that must be completed in full before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified per promotion.
• wi158 reserves the right to withdraw a bonus offer or cancel a bonus that has been credited to an account in the event of a system error, misuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Bonus funds and real money funds are kept separate in your account wallet. Real money funds are used first in standard gameplay unless you are actively playing through a bonus with specific game restrictions.
• wi158 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any bonus program or promotional offer at any time without prior notice.
• Players who wi158 reasonably determines to be exploiting the bonus system — including through multi-accounting, arbitrage betting, or any form of coordinated bonus abuse — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts suspended.

6 Gaming Rules & Fair Play

All games available on the wi158 platform are operated in accordance with their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game's interface. By participating in any game, you acknowledge that you understand and accept those game-specific rules.

RNG-based games on wi158 use certified random number generation technology to determine game outcomes. Live dealer games are conducted by professionally trained croupiers operating under documented dealing procedures in managed studio environments. wi158 does not manipulate game outcomes in favour of the platform or any individual player.

• All wagers placed at wi158 are final once confirmed. Technical errors or connectivity interruptions that occur after a bet has been accepted and confirmed do not void the wager.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the wi158 platform and constitute material breaches of these Terms. wi158 reserves the right to immediately suspend or permanently close any account that it determines, in its sole discretion, has engaged in prohibited conduct, and to forfeit any balance held in that account.

• Fraud and Misrepresentation: Providing false registration information, using stolen or fraudulent payment instruments, or misrepresenting your identity or age.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including chip-dumping, coordinated betting, or sharing hole-card information in live dealer games.
• Use of Automated Software: Employing bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any automated software to play games, place wagers, or interact with the wi158 platform in place of manual human play.
• Exploitation of Errors: Deliberately exploiting any software bug, pricing error, or system vulnerability to gain an advantage. Any winnings derived from exploitation of errors are void.
• Money Laundering: Using the wi158 platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity. wi158 is required to report suspected financial crimes to the relevant authorities.
• Multi-Accounting: Registering or operating more than one account on wi158, whether for personal use or to circumvent account-level restrictions, bonus limits, or exclusions.
• Unauthorised Access: Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the wi158 platform, its underlying systems, or other players' accounts through any means.

8 Responsible Gaming

9 Intellectual Property

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the wi158 platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not grant you any ownership interest in any platform content.

• You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, publish, display, or create derivative works from any wi158 content without the express written permission of wi158.
• You may not reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of any wi158 software or game.
• The wi158 name, logo, and associated marks are the exclusive trademarks of wi158. Unauthorised use of these marks is prohibited.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, wi158, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the wi158 platform, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of profits, or loss of gaming session continuity.

wi158 does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or secure access to the platform at all times. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, third-party service disruptions, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. wi158 shall not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability in such circumstances.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for fraud, wilful misconduct, or any liability that cannot be excluded by applicable Philippine law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are not affected by these Terms.

11 Termination & Suspension

wi158 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity.
• Failure to complete account verification within the requested timeframe.
• Receipt of a chargeback or dispute from a payment provider.
• Regulatory or legal requirement to do so.

You may close your wi158 account at any time by contacting customer support via email. Upon account closure, any real money balance remaining in the account — subject to verification and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements — will be returned to you via your verified payment method. Bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements will not be returned upon account closure.

12 Amendments to These Terms

wi158 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Material changes — meaning changes that materially affect your rights or obligations as a player — will be communicated to you by email to your registered address or via a prominent notification on the wi158 platform at least seven (7) days prior to taking effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by law or regulation.

Your continued use of the wi158 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not accept the updated Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.

13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. wi158 operates its platform in compliance with applicable Philippine gaming regulations and the guidelines of the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) to the extent applicable to online gaming operators serving the Philippine market.

In the event of a dispute between you and wi158 arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the platform, you are encouraged to first raise the matter directly with wi158 customer support by email, providing full details of the dispute and any relevant supporting information. wi158 will endeavour to resolve legitimate disputes within a reasonable timeframe.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through the customer support process, it may be escalated to the applicable dispute resolution mechanism. Nothing in these Terms limits your right to seek relief from an applicable regulatory body.
